Hi,

I am experiencing a problem with my first custom built quad. My quad just flips over everytime it takes off. I can see that motor 4 lags behind other motors and the quad flips over towards motor 4. To make sure that I don't have any connection or mechanical problem, I swapped the connections of motor 1 with motor 2, and motor 3 with motor 4. Basically, I reversed the direction of the quad all together. However, I didn't change the orientation of the flight controller. I observed the lag with motor 4 again in its new position (used to be motor 3 in the original configuration).

Pixhawk is the flight controller on board. This is a video capture to show my quad's behavior:
