INTRO:

All drone parts and components are vital to a smooth and safe flight. Knowing the parts of a drone will give you extra confidence while flying. You will also know which components to inspect on a regular basis and the drone parts which are easy to replace or upgrade.

If you have any flight problems, then knowing what each drone component does will assist you greatly in getting to the bottom of any flying issues.

BSHARK HOLDINGS LIMITED. “BSHARK” is key in the development of many drone industrial sectors thanks to its vast product range of cutting-edge technology. BSHARKS’S expertise in Hydrogen fuel cell technology powered by drones and the mobile Hydrogen fueling station helps your business activities and facilitates result oriented efficiency.

The newly developed UAV parts are the latest addition to the BSHARK product lineup with includes the following:

H2- Fuel Cell

This product is made of metal bipolar plate and membrane electrode. Compared with graphite bipolar plates, metal bipolar plates have high electron conductivity, great heat conduction, and high mechanical properties; moreover, the metal bipolar plate is very suitable for reducing the thickness of the stack, mass production, and is advantageous for increasing the volume power density or mass ratio power of the fuel cell.

B1-Flight controller

All model of aircrafts available

B1 is a brand new UAV flight controller system created by Bshark, It operates in the environmental conditions of PX4 and APM. B1 covers all model of aircraft which includes: fixed wing, multi-rotor (3-8 rotor), helicopter, VTOL, unmanned vehicle and unmanned ship.

Tr2-Video transmission

Tr2 is an independently developed video transmission, the first of its kind to be deployed in drones or photography industry with the automatic channel switching function (2.4G/5.8G). Computers, mobile phones or tablets are all portable to Tr2, namely, real-time display, wireless video, and other data transmission are all available.

T2- Hydrogen tank

The hydrogen tank is made of aluminum alloy covered by carbon fiber, which is then solidified by a curing substance blended with various chemicals to maintain the tension of carbon fiber from being worn out.

Valve

The valve is tailored for refueling the hydrogen-powered drone, integrated with several interfaces (low-pressure gas output, pressure sensor interface and gas tank interface), characterized with lightweight, stable working pressure, and easy to operate.

ESC

Multi-rotor propulsion system utilizes square-wave drive architecture, providing a smaller, lighter package than a sine-wave drive ESC.

The compact, smaller circuit board is easier and quicker to mount without compromising current output. This new developed ESC is highly integrated from four modules into one.

Integrated control station

The integration of data & video transmission function, Gimbal controlling, remote controller, and a ground station makes this control station unique. A 10-inch self-adaption touch screen, with auto screen adjustable according to environmental light condition and 4 hours operating time. The screen displays basic flight parameters, real-time map and video are shown on the same screen and switchable. Fingerprint & facial recognition function, 4G video transmission function, one-key return function should any signal loss occurs, PCB/integrated module, less than 150g are other features of the control station. The control station is designed with an Industrial level of rain/dust/fireproof, equipped with the latest Android 7.1 system. The all-in-one control station is user-friendly with ease on how to plan the flight route, zoom image, and control Gimbal, display drone's flying attitude parameter.

CONCLUSION

The fun of flying drones stops when something goes wrong. You have to figure out how to fix the problem. This is why it is so important to keep a good supply of spare parts, it is worth it to be able to buy replacement parts rather than spend money on a brand new drone.
