Need a Little Help Downloading Log Files

I'm sure I'm missing a setting somewhere, but I need a little direction on how to properly get log files from the memory card on APM2.  When I download the logs, I get a large series of individual files on the order of 1KB each.  It seems each line from the log is being put in a single file, although I'm not sure.

Any advice will be appreciated.
