We can design and build a UAV any size to your specs at very reasonable prices. Also soon we will have arifranes available for leasing.

Do you only do multi rotor ? or single rotor as well ?
website is down!
Jani Sir, The maximum payload is about 1.5-2 kg because there are going to be two sensors one thermal camera (Still not sure which is suitable for detecting such small change in temperature)and the other is an optical camera(Sony Nex-5N ).We are planning to use a Quadcopter but i am afraid the elevation of our project site is 4000 m + that means we are going to face strong winds 10 to 15 m per sec.So its being very tough for us to carry out mission planning and instrumentation. We have a budget of about 10,000 dollar for purchasing all kinds of hardware (camera+UAV) .I hope to get some feasible advice for solving these issues.
We are in need of a suitable UAV with following components
Quad copter/ or Hexacopter For stable platform,
Max. Battery life(40 -50 mins),
Payload (4- 5 kg)
A Remote control and a planning and controlling software
Built in GPS ->For Absolute positioning and Inertial measurement unit (IMU)- For Relative positioning
Accelerometers, Gyros, Magnetometers to the control the motion in 3D space, to determine the facing of the UAV
Barometer- To achieve better height accuracy –
Wind stabilizer to balance the vehicle for sudden drifts up
Different flight modes
Manual mode, Assisted-GPS mode, Autonomous mode and an integrated system where in case of data link or connection loss the hardware should be able to return to its original location
PROJECT SITE:A glacier located at 4000 m above mean sea level.
Our main objective is #Thermal Imaging using UAV. So it would matter a lot if you suggest us some suitable thermal infrared cameras (Sensitivity 0.05 degree celsius and accuracy +/- 0.05 degree celsius or +/- 0.05 degree celsius would also work.

Uttam, your requirements are rather high. What is your budget for this type UAV? Contact jDrones (original designer of ArduCopter) and we can look what we can do for you.
In generally all your requirements are rather ok but with 5kg payload and 40-50mins of flight time.. There will be hard nut to break with current battery technologies...
