I'm using Mission planner 1.2.99, Arduplane v3.0.1.
Since my 5th and 6th channel is just 2 position switch, I use Stabilize and Manual on channel 5.
When flying auto, the plane is going around but not directly go to the way points.
It did said that it's going to way point 2 or 3, but just because it fly near some way point

I am having much the same problem at the moment. I am following the Tuning Guide:

I have decreased the NAV1_PERIOD value however obviously not enough. Will have to take it down further and increase the maximum bank angle.
Also I think I need to decrease the WP turn radius.
That is what I will try this week. I'll post after I try that.
