Need Help on my setup

I just got the 7ch receiver I was waiting for to finally complete my ardupilot system.

I have my Ardupilot, Ardu Shield and IMU board setup like this:

But I get the red letters and error when I tried to upload the 2.6 code to the board, I double checked all the debugging info and I cant fix it. Do I need to disconect the IMU board everytime I upload something to the Ardupilot? before I unwrap the wires of the IMU board and Ardushield , I want to make sure if files can be uploaded using the setup I have on the picture?

Yes, you need to disconnect the IMU before loading code on ArduPilot.
