Has anyone successfully setup the Iris for use with Mission Planner? I'm a new user and I would greatly appreciate some guidance from someone with more experience.
Some of the steps from the ArduCopter reference updating firmware which really makes me want to get it right the first time. (as botching a firmware update on other products usually results in bricking the product)
1) Should I be using Mission Planner 1 or Mission Planner 2?
2) Am I doing setup for a Pixhawk or PX4? (I see both referred to in the Iris docs)
3) What type of frame does the Iris have (see image below). It does not have perpendicular arms like the typical quad, but I don't see an image that looks exactly like the Iris either. The green quad looks like the closest, but I'm not sure if that's what I should be using.
Any help appreciated. Thank you!

Iris setup information is here http://3drobotics.com/iris/info/
Iris uses the same firmware as a quad, but the frame type is V type not X type. You can download the parameter file (see the Frame Type setting in Initial Setup view on APM Planner 2.0) for Iris and the frame type will be set correctly as well as other settings.
You can use either APM Planner 2.0 or Mission Planner.
I read through the docs from the Iris/info page. I didn't see anything about a parameter file. I got a little further by connecting the USB cable with mission planner open and doing the wizard, but calibration fails.

Hello Joe:
Did you ever get your Iris up and running? By calibrate I assume that you meant compass. I also had some issues with the compass calibration, but the You Tube video did help.
I had to calibrate it several times, but eventually got it working again. The Iris has been flying for weeks without issues now.

Thanks! I'll read through those docs.
