need to calibrate remote control all the time

I have Iris+ and my remote control had to recalibrate every time because the left handle for disarm cannot go all the way to the right bottom end. After I recalibrate and it works and than after a few flight it get off again. How do I fix this. And my batteries get swollen. I s defect battery or somethings else.

  I bought the same from 3DR. Is there any other brand battery better and less expensive and fit.
