A few have expressed a concern that this survey will create an FAA hit list. Not true.
The way it works: This survey takes your one opinion and combines it with hundreds of other opinions and creates aggregate data. Aggregate data is valuable in providing feedback to all parties - including you and your business. Your individual answers are confidential. However, respondents who want assure anonymity need not provide their contact information.
