new mission planner firmware problem

Newbie here so bear with me.

Just downloaded the newest version of mission planner and when I go to install new firmware and click on the quadcopter symbol, it throws up a error of "file not found" .

But When I downloaded the newest version of APM planner it works fine. I would rather use Mission Planner as I have a windows laptop.

    please make sure you have dot net 4.0 installed

      Thanks Mr. Oborne for the quick reply. But that didn't work either. Installed .net 4.0 got the same error.

      Uninstalled mission planner then uninstalled .net 4.0. Then reinstalled everything again still same error.

      I've searched and searched and came up with nothing.

      It's odd that APM planner2 works

      Got any more Idea's?
