No Heartbeat Heartbeat Packets Recieved Telemetry - solid green lights

Hello,

I'm trying to connect my apm 2.5 to my computer with telemetry.

I have solid green lights in both transmitter and receiver. I have selected the correct com port and the baud is 57600. After loading successful the 3dr Radio parameters in the inicial setup and click in connect I get an error message "No Heartbeat Packets Recieved" after the timeout.

    How do you power APM? If via USB - telemetry won't work.

    I suggest to change NET ID to something different than default and decrease # of channels to 30 max (if you'll lost range for longer time - then modems won't synchronize until power-on sequence).

      Hello Marcin,

      I have my APM powered by the battery.

      I already change the NET ID (I tried 30, 50, 150) and the # of channels (I tried 30, 20 and 10) and it still does not work. When I change any value of NET ID or # of channels (in both local and remote) and I click "save settings" I get a message of "Set Command Error". Finally, I click again connect and I have the same error

        If you can't change params due to error - I'm afraid that telemetry link isn't OK.

        Pls try 3DR Radio config tool http://ardupilot.com/downloads/?did=89

        Also - if you power down one of the radios - does the second one start to blink green (and vice versa)?
