No Light on uBlox

I just received last week from 3d Robotics my new APM 2.5+ the 3DR GPS uBlox.  I have the uBlox plugged into the APM and at the APM next the the GPS plug there is a red blinking light.  On the bottom of the uBlox there are no lights lighting up.  I am out side and have had the hexacopter on for 15 minutes on each occurrence.  I am new to this and do not know if this is normal, if the uBlox is broken, or am I not doing something correctly.  I also have the telemetry connected and the mission planner says there is no GPS.  Any ideas?

    Let me know what they say.  I called them today about and they said I had to send an e-mail.

    I have the exact same problem. I purchased a 3DR ArduCopter Hexa (ready to fly version) which I received about 3 days ago, and I am having the same GPS issue as you. I suspect the ublox GPS module is faulty. I have emailed 3DR and am waiting for a response.

    I know it's not something I am doing wrong, because it was all built by them.
