I have tried everything and I can't get my servos to do anything. I just got the board a couple weeks ago and hadn't had a chance to mess with it until now. The servos work fine when plugged directly receiver but when APM 2 is plugged in they do nothing.
I have tried the following:
1. setup(CLI)
2. reset(CLI)
3. cold reset
4. warm reset
5. Firmware>ArduPlane (planner)
6. APM Setup(planner)
7. Tests(CLI). All tests perform fine except for the GPS RAW OUTPUT(which despite showing a solid blue light on the board, displays nothing on the CLI output test(planner).
As I said all but GPS test is fine(i think it's APM Planner being buggy with windows 7...). I can interface with the board fine. The flight data works fine. The planner works fine and appears to write to the board.
Any idea why I can't get any voltage from APM outputs?

Did you plug in the power jumper as show in the manual?
