No Power to GPS

Hello Everyone,

 

I am setting up my system and I am trying to attach my GPS (3DR GPS uBlox LEA-6) and I get no LED response on the board.  There seems to be only one way to connect it to the APM so I assume I do not have the connection backwards.  I am running this test with the Copter connected to battery and using my 3D radio to my laptop to copter.  Any Idea?
