Having a bit of an issue, it seems that no output signal is going to my servos.  Everything else appears to be working correctly (APM is reading TX as evidenced by config screen, servos are getting power as they twitch when power is applied) but the servos don't move in any mode including hardware manual.

I did perform a repair as shown in THIS post, and have gone over each and every solder point in detail.  I've gone through everything in the wiki and can't seem to find a solution.
