Number of personal drones/drone pilots are in the USA?

I am conducting research on the drone industry but cant find a lot of market numbers...



Anyone know what the total number of personal drones in the US today? (not the different types of drones, but the total number bought)

& how many UAV hobbyists/pilots are in the US?
