Hi, I am building my first quad using 3DR frame, 880kv motors, 20 amp ESC and 11x47 props. But one of my ESC is responding a bit late to the throttle. I calibrated it multiple times, tried changing motor but no luck. The ESC gets extremely hot even while on ground with no throttle. Please advice? Do I need to replace this ESC or can it be fixed.
