One motor not spinning - No output from out4 on ArduPilot board.

Hi All

After a crash (One motor stop working while flying) I start analyzing the problem and found that one of the pins OUT4 (Connecting via Power distribution board to ESC) on the ArduPilot Mega not working.

Tested all my connections and everything looks fine and also bypassed to power distribution board and connect the ESC straight into the ArduPilot board.
