One stop shop for defines

Is there one place all the defines are listed with options, or is reading through the multiple config files the best way?

 

Is there a discussion thread for the libraries?  I'm mostly interested in when they're going to be changed.

    The original ArduPilot is no longer being actively developed (the dev team has moved on the APM platform), so there are no current plans to change the libraries.

    Nevermind on the first question.  I see APM_Config.h.reference
