I am looking for an open source option to stitch aerial data (into orthomosaics, point clouds and DEMs) I have noticed that OpenDroneMap is not being maintained. Are there any alternatives, that can be scripted in Python?

I'm going to post a comment here since it's 9 months later and this came up in search results with no recent information.It looks like ODM is being maintained and improved.
From the Github commit history, it looks like ODM is being maintained and improved.
Back in December, Chris Anderson posted about WebODM in another thread.
