Seeing that Nobody has any stock of the Optical Flow Sensor Board and I am given to understand that there will not be any produced in the near/medium future, if ever, can the integration of the PX4-FLOW Optical Flow Camera Board into the APM2.5 Software Range be given a High Priority.
Having checked on the AVAGO Website it appears that it is no longer listed when I did a Product Number Search and Distributor Stock-holding Worldwide is ZERO. I would Guess that this is the reason behind non-availability of the board.
I have seen posts from people talking about going as far as Japan to try and get one.
It is a very necessary piece of hardware for MultiCopters Etc. to have.
Does anyone have any information relevant to this issue.

I thought jDrones was still making them although i see that they too are out of stock.
I think that the optical flow sensor, although somewhat cool, has never quite lived up to it's promise because it's output has never been integrated with the gps and, with ArduCopter 3.0 coming, inertial navigation.
My plan is to eventually try and get the PX4Flow sensor working with the APM (if possible) and PX4 (certainly possible) and then integrate it's output with the inertial navigation. Then we'll have something cool for indoor flying or when we lose gps.
