Optical Flow sensor test files not working

Hi All,

I would like to test my optical flow meter but have so far been unsuccessful with getting the test pde to compile.I am using APM2.6.

I have tried many different things but all of them seem to come up with one compile error or another. I understand that the latest release of arducopter 3.0.1 doesn't support optical flow. I also see that you can select the a board through the ardupilot menu (HAL Board) or the Tools menu.

What I am after is the arducopter release that will allow the optical flow meter to be tested, the Arduino IDE that I should use to compile it and what steps I need to take to get them all to work together in harmony.

I have followed all of the wikis and tried fixes I have found on the forums. I must be missing something!

    Could anyone please help point when the support for OF would be back again?

    Also, could you suggest what was the reason that the support for OF was withdrawn from 2.9 release? Because if there is a precise reason, I may as well check it out in the code for any possible solution.
