Hi all,
I saw some recommandations with powering the APM with only 2S 7.4V lipo battery through the 5V linear regulator on the Oilpan.
But I'll need a 3S 11.1V or 4S 14.8V to power my servos AND the APM.
So my question : is it possible to use that kind of battery through the linear regulator without any problem (overheating ??) ?
If not, what is the best : an external voltage regulator 5V (what kind is the best : switching one ?).
To compute my capacity needings, how much current is needing by APM with a magnetometer and GPS mediatek on board ?
