Hey Guys! I'm trying to build aerial mapping platform with FX-61 Phantom plane and APM autopilot.
As I'm totaly noob, and I don't know much about tuning APM, I decided to use parameter files made by other FX-61 users.
And here my problems start. With default parameters everything is working fine, but after uploading different parameter files motor stops responding to throttle changes (it just keeps beeping). Also airspeed sensor normally is showing 1-2m per second (it is not calibrated yet), but after uploading parameter file it keeps showing 60m/s.
Can someone tell me which parameters can be responsible for such behaviour?
Thanks
Peter

Can you post the param file you are using?
After using the param file, did you recalibrate the accelerometers, compass and RC Control?
What airspeed sensor are you using?
Thanks for reply.
I used attached param file.
After uploading it I recalibrated airspeed sensor, but I did not calibrated other stuff.
Everything seems to work fine except motor and airspeed.
I use this sensor: http://www.buildyourowndrone.co.uk/air-speed-sensor-kit-mpxv7002dp....
FX61Phantom.param
you need to do RC Radio setup and calibration, access (level) calibration and compass etc..
see http://plane.ardupilot.com/wiki/arduplane-setup/first-time-apm-setup/
Loading the param file can help with autopilot non-specific settings like for the PID gains etc... but sensors and RC are specific to your setup.
Hope that helps :)
Thanks!
Everything is working now.
