PDB no power

I am assembling a ArduCopter 3DR quad and I am stumped.  I soldered the PDB ver D. (Negative on the top side, Positive on the underside) together and I then connected the outgoing power cable to the APM when I noticed that the solder joint for the power cable broke.  I re-soldered the power cable into a different set of holes and now I have no power on the positive side.  Their is continuity between the deans jacks on the positive side but none to the positive terminal on the "- + S" holes.  It seems each set of positive circuits of the "- + S" holes are independent from the other 3.  The negative circuit is working with no problems

I did not alter the board such as adding solder to the traces.   My only other option is just to buy a new board and start again.  I hope this makes sense for I am totally stumped.

    The "+ - S" holes are independent of the dean's connectors. Those traces should connect to the three pin servo connectors along the edge of the board.

     

    Check connectivity between the middle pin on the "rear" of your board, and the "+" of your two-wire power out. 

    Then check connectivity between the "-" and each of the other pins on that same three-pin connector. One of them should ohm out to the gnd cable, and one should instead ohm out to one of the pins in your four-pin connector that goes to the APM.
