Physics/Math Behind Quadcopter Performance?

Hi all,

Sites like eCalc are fantastic for quick calculations and getting some estimates and whatnot.

I'd like to take the kind of output one might get from a calculator like I've linked and directly apply it.

Obviously there are some fixed equations that eCalc (or other online calculators) is(are) using to achieve their results.

Does anyone have any resources about the physics/math/equations behind a quadcopter? Specifically I would like battery and thrust calculations.

Thanks all
