I want to make a virtual flight model of my hexacopter in Matlab/Simulink and I need the exact controller schematics (PIDs) to do this.
Where can I find these?
Or is there already a model of Arducopter in Matlab/Simulink?

Were you able to get the PIDs schematics in matlab? I am looking for something similar for ArduPlane.

I did not put them in Matlab as I don't need to anymore for my own research, but I did make the schematics recently:
