PID values not sticking

I have been noticing that after flying some, that my Accelerometer Offset values are off. I notice it because it pulls one way or the other and usually I just compensate it on my transmitter and when I check the configurator the Accelerometer Offset values of accel roll and pitch are off by about 10.

What would cause these to change by themselves? I make sure I don't move the quad at all when I'm turning it on but even if I was, I don't think that would cause the Accelerometer Offset values to change. It would only cause THAT flight to be unlevel.

Is this normal? I've asked about it before and was told they should not change by themselves but I'm seeing it happen constantly. It seems a little bit each flight and after so many I check the configurator after making sure it's on a level surface (the same one I use always to test) and it's off 0 so I reset it.

    (ignore the red circles)

they are independend of your quad's position and should never change by itself
