PixHawk APM 2.0 help

So I have not flown in a long time and I just replaced motors/props and ESC's I am trying to recalibrate everything and update it all and get flying again.  

When I go to initial setup in APM it does not recognize and I can't update firmware..  I am using a MAC Pro.

please help Im a little lost and don't remember how to set everything up.

    ok guys and gals IT FLYS!!!!  Now to figure out why when I hit RTL it tries to leave and fly away.???

    So I ended up using a PC and got everything calibrated and now when I try to take off it is not stable and tends to go to one side.  Any ideas?
