I would like to use arduino to put reference signals of attitude and altitude for PixHawk to track. Would anyone be able to help me with that? Any tutorials or samble codes ?
If you're still looking for something there's a board called Keplur from NVdrones that might work out for you. It's basically an Arduino that interfaces with different flight controllers using PPM/PWM. I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have.

Hi Elias did you manage to figure this out? Im currently trying to get this to work arduino to pixhawk to trigger messages.
Thanks,
Just via the Serial port with MAVLink (APM is already an Arduino - that's what the "A" stands for). Sample Arduino code is here.
