Pixhawk Cables

Greetings. I am what I would describe as a high level intermediate pilot. I've been flying for about 10 years and I have used all manner of stabilizers and flight controllers on Rotor and fixed wings. I tried iNav and had to give up on it. I bought a pixhawk and I love the interface and simplicity of use. And stuff just.....works. It's great.

But it I am having an issue with cables. I bought the banggood white version of the pixhawk and it seems that some of my plugs don't want to stay put. I've looked around and there seems to be an issue with either the plug type or the plug holes in the top of the pixhawk case. Which is it? Do I need new cables? If so, can someone please link me to reputable source. I've looked for the picoblade 1.25 pitch cables but most places want you to build the harnesses or they use molex/JST interchangeably so I'm not sure about the fit. I already bought an $8 APM wire kit that doesn't fit my pixhawk.
