This is killing me seriously

Trying to figure it out for 3 days

this is for a hex so running 3.2.1 is the plan

If I load firmware plane copter whatever and set the cam trig parameters, I can trigger the camera no problem as long as I don't depower the pixhawk

As soon as I depower and restart there is no triggering at all, I have to reload a different type firmware ie if I was on copter I have to load plane then set params it works, depower repower no worky.

if in copter 3.2.1 going to copter 3.2 wont work have to go plane rover whatever to reset

Am I missing something

Checked the on board battery it reads 3.15v

Tried swapping sd card no difference

Im at a complete loss atm I have to keep the thing powered to keep working or reload firmware and params every flight

when loading firmware it says px4v2 briefly while loading

had trigger working great on apm 2.5 thought id upgrade but so far just a headache, although it did fly nice when I test flied it

  • starting to think its a hardware issue

    worked for about 4-5 restarts with relay_pin mapped to aux5 but ir trigger was plugged into aux 2. weird.

    why would it work after resetting firmware then not. aaaarrrggghh
