I have a pixhawk flashed with the latest version of ardurover and am having a hell of a time getting the compass to work. I am using the latest version of mission planner on windows 10. I got to the point where the compass calibration wouldnt even move and I get no samples. With the setting seen in the picture (should be setup for external compass) it will calibrate off the internal compass without the GPS even plugged in. Setting are seen in the screen shot, when I plug in the GPS/mag, then it still only gets offsets from one mag. Ive tried 2 types of GPS/mag's and ordered a 3DR GPS/mag but it only came witha 5 pin GPS cable not the 6 pin for the pixhawk.
