Can someone help me out of the data sample rate using PIXHAWK?

I saw 100Hz of sample data rate using Pixhawk at the site:https://pixhawk.org/firmware/apps/sdlog2. But, I am confused with the sensors individual sample rate. As each sensor data is sampled at a different rate then how can one use the data if we need the same number of samples of the data of all variables e.g. IMU, GPS, Airspeed etc. which are logged into pixhawk during the flight testing.
