Pixhawk doesn't save ESC calibration?

I'm experiencing a weird issue: When I calibrate the ESCs in the calibration mode the result is fine and low throttle equals low RPM and there is a big span between the RPM on high vs low throttle.
But when I turn the pixhawk off from calibration mode the motors behave quite differently. The low throttle is now on a much higher RPM, why is that. Can you tell from the video what I'm doing wrong?

I've got BLheli firmware on my Afro ESC 30A.
