Pixhawk - How to use Serial 4. for Telemetry?

I am need a third interface for HoTT telemetry.

The fourth port is default set of GPS.
why?

if so, how can i set this persistent?

I like to experiment with the PX4 firmware.
Only supports SUMD and HoTT telemetry.
