Pixhawk randomly won't arm

Yesterday did 3 flights. All were fine. On 4th flight the copter would not arm. No noises, no warnings, no fails. Just nothing. Mission planner shows connected. Switched flight modes on transmitter and it reflects in Mission planner so there must be a connection. Still no arm. Connect and disconnected battery several times. Then, randomly after 45m it was able to arm and fly. Very strange random behavior. Happened twice before. Anyone seen this or have a fix?
