I just finished up assembling a hex. I am having an issue where the back two motors (4 & 6) are starting up far later than the other motors and sometimes not at all.
Even when switching motors/ ESCs, the issue continues with whichever motor/ESC is connected to the 4 & 6 outputs, so it seems to be a Pixhawk issue. Attaching one of the working four motor/ESCs in the 4 & 6 slots make them start acting up and attaching one of the 4 & 6 motor/ ESCs in the other four slots makes them work just fine.
Advice? I've tried refreshing, calibrating ESCs and rebinding the transmitter. Probably something simple I'm missing.
