Does anyone know of a suitable "ready made" cable to link the 6 pin DF13 on the pixhawk to the 6 pin ??? connector on the HK king 915mhz telemetry ??

Buy one of each and make two for yourself out of the ends. This is DIY drones. So some assembly required. But really it takes only a few minutes to cut wires, solder wires, and heat shrink.
