Pixhawk with plane - servos dont work

OK. So I have a Hobby King Sky Eye plane that I just got. Programmed my pixhawk. All went well. Calibrated just fine. No output to the motor or servos. Thought maybe it was a faulty pixhawk (not my first rodeo) so I programmed a different one that I have and same results. Hooked up the servos to my RX and they work fine. Also hooked up to a servo tester and they work just fine.

I checked the servo rail and it is putting out 5.29v that it is receiving from the motors esc so they are getting power. When I hook the servos up to a servo tester using the same 5.29v esc from the motor, they work as expected.

Mission planner shows pixhawk is receiving control signal from my TX and shows the output to the servos, but nothing is actually being output. 2 boards with the same problem. doubtful coincidence. And yes, I have armed it using the arming switch (wont arm via down right rudder). Motor just beeps steadily as if it has not been armed.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Clint
