So i am having a problem with my APM. When I Arm it the back prop starts to spin slow and then a second prop starts to spin slowly then the two very slowly get faster and faster. I did find out that if I lift it off the ground and tilt it the props react as fill it's trying to get level. But Im on a level and very stable ground. I have done the Compass, accel. and radio calibration. I really don't know what else it could be I just want my quad to be just like it was out of the box! I am flying the APM 2.5.

You probably have mot_spin that is set too low, that it doesn't have enough energy to turn the motors on startup. It probably worked in warm Mexico, but the colder temps may need some more power.

It won't effect the flying at all.
As ever add a log file and it will be easier to help you. Have you moved the trims on your radio at all?? As Doug says what have you changed??
Is this a new project (DIY) or a purchased RTF (ready to fly) vehicle?

You say you want your quad to be '..just like it was out of the box..'. This implies it was working fine at one time.
