I'm using Pixhawk and Arducopter 3.3.3 with Mission Planner 1.3.41 on a 3DR X8+. I have done hundreds of auto-missions. I plan the mission in Mission Planner and send it to the autopilot. I have 17 satellites and the compass is calibrated. I takeoff in stabilize mode and bring the copter up a few meters then switch it into autopilot mode. The copter climbs to the desired 40 meters and starts heading to the first waypoint. As soon as that happens the copter wobbles back and fourth and then starts to rapidly decline. It declines so quickly that it will break if it hits the ground. I have been switching it back into stabilize and landing it. I tried to do the 'auto analysis' in mission planner but it's been broken for at least two builds now.
Could someone please take a look at my flight logs and see if they can figure out what is going on here?
When I'm in stabilize mode everything seems to work find, its only when I flip it into autopilot that things go crazy.
