please tell me i didn't fry my board

i loaded the new RC2 code. Ive flown my quad using the RC1 code fine. anyways after loading RC2 code and attaching an xbee. i went into the Configurator to set up my rc transmitor several things happened.

1. my flight data for PID/sensors were spiking every second or so.

2. The config was showing no movement in my throttle, yaw, roll, and pitch as i was moving my sticks around.

3. motors would not turn on when i tried sending a command through the config

4. raw sensor data looks fine

the switch was in postion 1

led a on, led b off, led c off

ppm led (blue) was blinking

i think my partner fried the board because they attached the battery to the servo outputs on the mega board. also to make things worse they flipped the connectors. the positive (+V) side hooked up to servo signal line and ground to ground. no smoke can out. any ideas what it could be

Unless you've got the new 1.4 APM board, what you described probably did fry the board--that's about the worst thing you can do any RC electronics, and it would fry anything, including a RC reciever. That said, clear your EEPROM and see if that makes any difference.

have you checked the fuse on the APM?
