Pls Help New Board Only Power light and GPS power Light On.

Hi all,I just got my ArduPilot board and have throttle lead connected to out 1 to supply power. I have the standard GPS connected and version 2 of the software loaded fine, but I only have power light on and the power light on the GPS. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong???Just an update I loaded version one of the software and I got the power light stat light solid and GPS power light but no GPS lock. I do not get the stat light on Ver 2 only quickly when power is turned on.Thanks,wrono.

    Have you connected your RC to In 1 and In 2 and connected a servo to Out 2? It won't work if the RC isn't connected.
