After an accidental short from the positive battery terminal to the Gnd terminal on the IMU, my APM is not working from ESC power, but it does work via USB power.
After reading as much documentation as I can find, I have a feeling this is probably something to do with the resettable fuse which I read about in the documentation.
Can someone advise what component this is on the board, how to test it and what to replace it with?
Also any other suggestions as to what might be prevending power from getting through from the ESC.
I have checked the solder link SJ1 which is intact.

i did some tracing with a multi meter. I'm getting 5v through the fuse on the oilpan. It hits the voltage regulator and i'm seeing 3v on the other side of that. I also found 1.4v on a few pins going up to the shield. I can't tell whats not working, any ideas on what to check next. Help, this is driving me nuts and I dont want to order a whole new board for what is likely a single compnent failure. As I said, I can plug in USB and both boards run fine, its just ESC power that is not firing everything up.
