Hi, I have an issue powering the APM 2.0 through the 5V output pins. At first this worked fine, and the next day, it didn't. When i connect the batt to the esc and esc to APM, nothing lights up. There are no signs of burnt components or smell. and the jumper on the JP1 pin is still there.
I can power the board through the input side and everything seems to work fine.
I'dd appreciate any help, thanks in advance,
Carlos.

Same here. It is due to the voltage drop of the build in z-diode to protect usb. It is described in the wiki in detail. Leave the jumper where it is and power it over the output with external bec with 5,4V (thats what my bec does) to compensate the voltagedrop. That solved my powering problem.
