PPM encoder and noise issue

I am having a hell of a time with my PPM encoder. When I plug it into my RX it creates so many problems that it just can't be used. It makes all my servos jitter badly to the point that I can even go 300 meters before I have complete lockouts. 

 

In this video I have the RX not to far away. I have tested with another RX, Ubec, Linear bec, and servos, locations ... everything I could think of. How do I fix this problem? I do notice that the RX light starts flashing when I plug it in and when I plug it is slot three it all go dead (kills the signal completely).

    Sounds like a faulty unit or a soldering error. We've had no other reports of problems and my units don't show any issues like this.
