Problem with APM not properly !

Hi all !

My APM was working fine untill I upgraded APM Planner and the new APM code. Now it does not reboot properlly, and it does not send any mavlink data, and in cli mode doesn't boot up. I don't know what happened. I loads the firmware, it erases the eprom, but after loadint the code just seems not to boot, does not comunicate, nothing. I believe the problem is with the IMU. When I go into terminal mode, no data from mavlink, if I'm in CLI mode, just sits where it says INIT ACM ... FW Version 101 and that's it. No red and green leds blinking, no com leds blinking, :( can anyone help me here ?

  • Sorry guys, It looks like everything is working fine now. I took the IMU from the APM and rebuild the welding from the 6 pin connector (even tough it looked fine), and now it's working. Maybe one of the pins was not making decent contact and the failure happened at the same time I had upgraded the firmware, so, false alaram, however, I've noticed the new APM Planner hangs when we try to make the first setup and do not have the radio receiver connected and the transmitter. With the old version, of APM Planner, if we hadn't the receiver connected and pressed OK button, it assumed 1500 on all channels, now, if we don't configure radio channels it just sits there waiting for radio configuration. Another small bug is in the information window after radio configuration that tells "not used channel assume 1200 value" or something like that. Should't it read 1500 value ? Thank you, and sorry once again.
