when I install and run the latest APM version, it detects that an update is available, starts the update, and then the updates aborts. Update freezes when downloading "ArduCopter-hil.exe", "Update failed operation has timed out" dialog box comes up.
Has anyone seen this? Could someone force an update in the About screen to see if it works for you.
I have tried both 1.2.12 and 1.2.13 64 bit with same results on a new install.

typicaly this is a firewall or virus scanner issue.
