problem with arduimu v2

hii

i'm still have the same problem with my arduimu v2 ,, the blue led didn't flash and didn't locked although i conect it with ublox ..

some one can help me to find the problem ??

and how i can to verify my ublox configuration ??because i buy it from spark fun before some days or if some one can send me a link for ublox configuration tutorial ...
